POP Display Campaign for Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce

The key objectives of this project was to deploy the POP material of new banking scheme, services, offer communication & benefits to different locations across India in Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM/Branch locations.

Methodology:

  • Sourcing of the VM team across different geographies in India
  • Branch enrolment and mapping with online tracking system for real time data capturing
  • Training of the field team on new service launch, POP deployment as per client guideline, online reporting & data capturing
  • PJP designing and target assigning to the filed team to cover all of the locations within the TAT assigned
  • Dispatch of vernacular posters to VM hubs & further to ATM/Branch locations
  • Coordination of the entire activity between banking personals, VM, and visual merchandisers
  • Branch wise (Canara & OBC) deployment of the POS only in banking working hours to all branches/atm scattered to metro and remote areas
  • PoSM deployment by field executives along with reporting & Geo tagging
  • Capturing & Reporting 4 sides photographs of the branch/atm interior view through online reporting system.
  • Sharing glimpse photographs of the daily coverage
  • Reporting & validation

Outcome:

  • Deployment of POP across all predetermined atm/bank branches
  • Uniform visibility across all branches located in metro & remote location in India within the TAT assigned              
  • Precise coordinates of all the activity
  • 100% TAT adherence for PoSM deployment
  • Increased banking/customers awareness about the scheme launched
  • Increased brand visibility, scheme communication & service sale.
