Samsung manages all instore communication activities through Cheil India & Channelplay is the preferred partner for executing all those services for Cheil. Till Dec 2017 all signage maintenance activities were being conducted by different vendors across regions which for Cheil which was a tedious task to record, manage, & execute. Thus, Channelplay was selected to integrate & manage all signage related maintenance activities under one single roof for North & East regions.

We have expertise in executing retail maintenance activities across different regions in India with skilled manpower & experience. We followed below methodology to manage signage maintenance activities.
- Estimating required manpower for GSB maintenance activity statewise basis previous statistics & envisioning possibilities.
- Freezing BoM & BoQ in alignment with client & different stakeholders.
- Arranging tools/safety equipments & complete infrastructure for the field team to ensure compliance & adherence to client guidelines.
- Hiring a team of fitters who have previous experience in working on elevated platforms with safety gears.
- Developing a reporting infrastructure for client which includes online & offline reporting mechanisms
- Arranging stock points at hubs & managing inventory levels of elements at all times.
- Ensuring call closures within stipulated TATs adhering to agreed SLAs.
- Capturing real time data & sharing the same with client in prescribed formats.
- Complete monitoring & reviewing the work executed on ground.
Outcome:
- Provided a single window request submission platform for client for the GSB maintenance activities.
- Real time update on rectified, pending, in process calls to client which helps in improving transparency in the overall maintenance machinery.
- Improved call closure numbers with adherence to agreed TAT minimising the overall hassle for client which they faced while dealing with multiple vendors.
