In Shop Branding & Signage Deployment for Carlsberg

The key objectives of this project was to do in-shop and signage branding for Carlsberg at different partner's outlets across India. Another key objective was to create awareness of the new product launched by Carlsberg.

Approach:

  • Analysing the branding store list provided by the client
  • Outlet enrolment for execution
  • Assigning territory wise store to execution partners.
  • Training of the execution partners on recce, execution guideline, and collecting required supporting for proof of execution
  • Coordinating with dealers & Carlsberg ASM’s for occupying branding space
  • Prioritising the job execution on ground & activity execution within the TAT assigned.
  • Coordination of entire activity from team alignment, recce, cost & visuals adaptation approval, necessary work permit arrangement on site for the execution on ground.
  • Reporting recce presentation & suggesting media type for the branding to client
  • Execution of the job on ground. Execution of 200+ stores across Tier 1 & Tier 2 towns within 10 days TAT assigned by the client.
  • Reporting & validation

Outcome:

  • Execution of the activity on all of the outlets assigned
  • Increased brand awareness & visibility
  • 100% activity completion within the TAT assigned
  • 100% involvement by all retailers leads to healthy partner contribution
