The key objectives of this project was to deploy the PoSM material of new products to different locations across India in retail markets along with the retailers/customer awareness about the new category.

Methodology:

  • Outlet enrolment and mapping with online tracking system for visual merchandising
  • Sourcing of the team across different geographies in India
  • Training of the field team on new product launch, online reporting & data capturing
  • PJP designing and target assigning to the filed team
  • Supply chain management of the PoSM to VM hubs & further to retail locations
  • Coordination of the entire activity between retailers, distributors and visual merchandisers.
  • PoSM deployment by field executives along with reporting & Geo tagging
  • Reporting & validation
