- Outlet enrolment and mapping with online tracking system for visual merchandising
- Sourcing of the team across different geographies in India
- Training of the field team on new product launch, online reporting & data capturing
- PJP designing and target assigning to the filed team
- Supply chain management of the PoSM to VM hubs & further to retail locations
- Coordination of the entire activity between retailers, distributors and visual merchandisers.
- PoSM deployment by field executives along with reporting & Geo tagging
