Dealer Enrolment & VM Activity for Tally Softwares

The objective of this program was to ensure best in class and uniform in-shop & outdoor branding (flex, vinyl prints, OWV, flanges, lollypop boards, sun-boards, GSB & NLB signages) for Tally solutions across 300 locations in 70 towns across North & East India.

Approach

  • Aligning auditor's team across different geographies in India to do enrolment of retailers for recce for the branding
  • Outlet mapping & enrolment with online tracking system for space occupying, branding recce & report capturing for the dealer enrolment
  • PJP designing, target assigning & training of the auditors working on ground for data capturing and dealing with the merchant to occupy space for the branding.
  • Online reporting & recce data capturing from field within the TAT.
  • Aligning regional vendors for branding based on the recce captured by field team, to ensure uniform visibility & specifications are met
  • Coordination of the entire activity between merchants, client sales team and vendors involved for branding.
  • Data Validation & Reporting with execution photographs
  • Sharing glimpse photographs of the daily deployment over the mail & what’s app group
