The main objective of the project was to increase brand visibility through uniform and best in class in-shop & outdoor branding for TI cycles for their product “BSA HERCULES Cycles” in 200+ tier 2 & 3 towns across South & West India.

Approach

  • Target assigning & mapping of the stores to regional partners for the reece
  • Making a route map of regional vendors to complete reece within the TAT assigned
  • Training of the field team to capture detailed recce report with long shot photographs
  • Training of the regional vendor partner to prepare recce report as per the format of ppt & excel required by the client
  • Preparing a dealer wise state wise estimate basis the recce to forecast cost consumption, this helps client on deriving overall budget consumption
  • Artwork suggestion to client basis the guideline received  & preparing adaptation from raw source file of the artworks
  • Subletting regional vendor partners to do branding within specified timeline & to ensure uniform branding visibility
  • Effective coordination of the entire activity between client, regional sales team, dealers, designers & regional vendors
  • On time reporting to client in prescribe format
  • Sharing glimpse photographs of the daily execution over email & region wise what’s app group
