In order to live up to its brand reputation, our client wanted to set benchmarks in retail sales management by deploying best practices for every aspect of product sales. That’s when they partnered with Channelplay and made it the custodian of its pan India sales and business growth.

  • Sales Promoter Hiring: Standardized hiring process across all cities to maintain the quality of hiring
  • Project Manpower Training: Different training & assessment programs were designed for trainers, team leaders and sales promoters
  • Work Process Automation: Deployment of 1Channel, our in-house sales force automation solution with a mobile app, which ensured real-time data collection and automated reports to respective stakeholders

Outcome:

The project was a success and the key highlights were as follows:

  • We executed the program efficiently leading to growth in sales volume
  • 500+ stores covered across 25+ cities with 220 in-store demonstrators, 3 ASMs and 3 trainers
  • Online setting of targets with online visibility of percentage achieved
  • Downloadable online sales report and geo-tagged photo attendance report
